Terms of Service

1. You are not allowed to give your login name and password to anyone. If you allow others to use your login and password to access the site, your membership privileges will be revoked and no refund will be given. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your password and account. You are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

2. Upgraded accounts last for one year. The cost to upgrade is 10.00 U.S. Upgrades expire one year from the date of purchase. Membership allows full access to all pages on the site. The only exception to full access is when the host server is down (our host guarantees 99.9% uptime but things beyond their control or our control do happen and we will try to resolve issues as quickly as possible).

3. You may not download, print or copy material from somge.com and use them on websites, books, cd's, cd-roms or other published material.

4. You will not use any robot, spider, crawling, scraping, or other automated device, process, or means to access this site. Nor will you use any manual process to monitor or copy the site or the content contained thereon for any unauthorized purpose. You will not use any device, software, routine, or take any action that interferes with the proper working of the site. That includes using scripts to cheat.

5. Any content posted on the site must remain at a G rating. You are not allowed to swear, share adult media or post adult topics on the site. No outside links are allowed to be posted on the site. They will be removed as soon as possible and your account will be frozen.

6. You are not allowed to abuse other users of the site, including admins. No swearing at users, no bullying users, no threatening users and no name calling. Your account will be frozen until you learn to play nice.

7. Content must remain legal. Do not post copyrighted content, or images, viruses, spyware or otherwise malicious or illegal software or illegally obtained media. Posting such content will get your account frozen and you may be banned from the site.

8. If you see a post, image or receive mail that violates our rules, please report it to the admins as soon as possible. Do not contact the poster, that is the job of the admins. Take a screen shot of the post or image if possible and send it to the admins.

9. You must login to your account at least once in a six month period. If you do not keep your account active, it will be deleted. Inactive accounts are deleted every six months to keep the database running smoothly and to keep the site active.
