Terms and Conditions   Membership payments are non-refundable. We do not give trial periods. Look at the demo on the membership page and sample the games and activities in the free section before buying a membership. Memberships lasts for one year. They expire one year from the date of purchase. Membership allows full access to all pages in the members area. The only exception to full access is when the host server is down (our host guarantees 99.9% uptime but things beyond their control or our control do happen and we will try to resolve issues as quickly as possible). You may not give your login name and password to anyone. If you allow others to use your login and password to access the site, your membership priveleges will be revoked and no refund will be given. You may make copies of worksheets for each student in your class. Copying worksheets for other teachers, tutors or classes that you don't teach yourself is prohibited. You may not download, print or copy material from somge.com and use them on websites, books, cd's, cd-roms or other published material. Somge.com collects data on visitor activity through server log files that identify file requests by IP number, browser type, and operating system. No personally identifiable information is included in the log files. We will never give your information to anyone without your permission.
