 If you are unable to retrieve your password it may be that your account was deleted for inactivity. You must activate a new account within 24 hours of creating it. Accounts that are not activated within 24 hours are deleted. You must log in again within three months of creating a new account or your new account is deleted. You must log in at least once every 6 months in order to keep your account active. Members who haven't logged in once in a six month period are deleted. Thanks! |
